Terms of Use
A few things to know before you explore. Clear expectations, thoughtful boundaries, and no small-print surprises.
Starter draft prepared October 5, 2026This draft describes the current demonstration website. The site owner needs to confirm business details, hosting practices, contact information, and applicable requirements with qualified counsel before adopting it or launching a live medication service.
01About this website
MediCalendar is a demonstration of a medication-organization concept. The Home, Inventory, Calendar, History, and Settings screens and informational pages let visitors explore the interface with fictional examples. This version is not a live medication-management service.
These are starter terms for review, not a finalized agreement. The owner’s legal identity, contact information, and any jurisdiction-specific provisions need to be confirmed before adoption.
02Not medical advice
The website does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, recommend medications, or determine safe doses or schedules. Sample labels and times are fictional interface content, not instructions for taking a medication.
Follow the instructions from your prescribing clinician, pharmacist, and medication label. Do not start, stop, or change a medication based on this website. Direct medication questions to a qualified healthcare professional.
03Preview limitations
All demo interactions, including stock changes, taken-status selections, sample activity, guardian examples, and settings, are temporary and reset when the page reloads or Reset demo is selected. The site does not save real records, schedule actual reminders, send SMS messages or invitations, monitor medication use, or contact caregivers or healthcare providers.
Progress, streak, missed-dose, and stock displays describe fictional examples only. Do not rely on the demo to decide whether you have taken a dose, whether a dose is due, or whether medications can be taken together. It is not an emergency service.
04Using the website responsibly
You may browse the site and interact with its fictional examples. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or misuse the interface to misrepresent actual medication use.
Do not enter sensitive health information. This version provides no place to submit personal medication records and does not offer accounts, subscriptions, or purchases.
05Content and availability
The interface, copy, and illustrations are provided to demonstrate MediCalendar’s concept. Third-party software and icons remain subject to their respective licenses. Nothing on this page grants ownership of another party’s materials.
The owner may update or remove demonstration content. Availability and error-free operation are not guaranteed, and the site should not be used as a critical healthcare tool.
06Privacy and third parties
The starter Privacy Policy explains the current preview’s handling of information and the role of website hosting. It should be read alongside these starter terms.
Any future third-party connections, live reminders, payment services, or data-storage features need appropriate disclosures and updated terms before they are introduced.
07Legal review before launch
The site owner should obtain qualified legal review before adopting binding terms. Operator details, eligibility requirements, applicable law, dispute procedures, and any warranty or liability provisions have deliberately not been invented in this draft.
This starter text is not intended to waive rights or protections that may apply to visitors. No healthcare certification or regulatory-compliance guarantee is made.
08Updates and contact
The date shown above identifies when this starter draft was prepared. A finalized version should identify its effective date and describe how material updates are communicated.
A verified operator identity and support contact have not yet been provided. Those details must be supplied before the terms are adopted or a live service is launched.
